Yin Care

I designed Yin Care with the intention of creating a holistic and deeply nourishing space for women. To offer touch to the whole body and spending ample time in areas that often don’t get the attention they crave. Moving the lymphatic fluids, untangeling places of tension and going deeply and slowly into the belly and womb space. Using warmth, tools like Gua Sha, Cupping Cups and different oils, we take la lot of time to flow through the session, letting the body unwind moment by moment.

The front of the body is considered the “Yin” side in many traditional and holistic frameworks - soft, protective, internal and receptive.
Due to the sensitive nature of this work I want to prioritize you feeling safe, connected, welcome and seen so that when we meet potential blocks or vulnerable spaces, it can feel easeful to openly meet them together.

I invite you to this work as a woman if you want to reclaim your right to rest and pause, explore some places or tensions in your body more deeply with support, if you crave loving touch and nurturing or if you simply want to celebrate and bathe in the beauty of your body.

A Yin Care session includes:

  • Ceremonial cacao that will guide us through the journey
(if you prefer to not have cacao we can find a different plant ally)

  • Flower essences to pick from to connect with

  • A spacious intake conversation where you can share your intention and what you are bringing with you that day. I am ready to hold your sharing about your body, your emotional and relational field or anything else that feels relevant.

  • 100-120min of bodywork including deep lymphatic chest care and extended abdominal work

  • Hot stones, Gua Sha, Cupping, Castor Oil and Kala Namak treatment

  • Time to rest and to close the container together. You are welcome to stay for 30 more minutes after our session to be slow, meditate in nature or take a forest walk.
