I am mother, student, facilitator, community member, musician, ceremonialist and lover to this earth and spirit. Born and raised in Germany, I spent much of my childhood immersed in nature on hikes and adventures. Through my ancestral lineage I carry both the strength of my people, deep connection to the land and its living beings and medicines, and also centuries of trauma and dysfunction.

Being on my own journey of healing and discovery, I have gotten to experience the joy and freedom that can come through meeting ourselves in the discomfort of parts of ourselves that don’t know how to be loved yet, and weaving these pieces back into our own wholeness and the fabric of life.

Some modalities that have been a big part of my life are bodywork, tantra, dance, ceremonial work, breathwork, council, birth work, Kundalini yoga and permaculture. Not all of these are a direct part of my current professional offering, but they all deeply inform the way I meet people and move through the world.
A lot of my skills and education were gathered and developed in a six year period of traveling, many of those years spent in Central and South America and in various intentional community and mentorship settings.

I have become deeply passionate about supporting people on their journey into the body, their heart, through transcending stagnant and heavy energies and into the remembering of the loving interconnectedness between humankind and the earth. It would be an honor to work with you.
